At first glance, this may look like a gorgeous transitional home, (and it is!) but if you take a closer look you’ll see that it’s filled with whimsical touches that make it an adventure to explore. Mary Patton Design nimbly filled this home with sophisticated fun for the family of four that inhabits it and we can’t wait for you to tour it. You can roam through the beautiful photos by Molly Culver in the post below!
From the designer… The Spring Valley residence is for a family of four in Houston, Texas – a brand-new, turn-key build spanning 4,600 square feet of space, which blends both feminine + masculine elements into the modern, yet transitional space that was completed in 2021. Design highlights include: a custom mural by Sergeto in the dining room, moody geometric tiling in the powder room, quartzite + marble finishes in the kitchen & bathrooms, heirloom antique furnishings + decor interspersed with modern-focused brands, such as Tom Dixon and Knoll. The residence also includes an outdoor space, office, breakfast nook, and a library study.
