Set against the backdrop of Sonoma’s slow rhythms and sunlit glow, our Spring 2025 retreat was a celebration of creativity, connection, and recalibration. Hosted at the beautiful MacArthur Place, the experience unfolded over several days of intentional learning, honest conversation, and shared meals that lingered long after the last glass was poured. This season’s speaker lineup brought together an inspiring mix of design voices and creative leadership: Interior Designers Lauren Nelson, Regan Baker, and Ali Faulkner of AEF Interiors; Brand & Business Strategists Renee Bush of Tandem and Melissa Baran of Haven; and Interior Photographer Jessica Burke, who captured it all with her signature warmth and soul.

One of the most memorable moments was our farewell dinner, thoughtfully inspired by the timeless wallpapers and colour stories of Farrow & Ball—a partner whose artistry set the tone for our week in wine country.
