These Sales Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website, including but not limited to Haven Workshop tickets and memberships to the Haven vendor guide. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or according to the payment plan selected at checkout. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected in connection with your purchase, registration, or participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on:

HAVEN WORKSHOP TICKETS
Haven Workshop tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee if you are unable to attend. Haven Media Group, LLC does not facilitate ticket resale and is not responsible for securing a replacement attendee.

EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
If an in-person Haven Workshop cannot take place as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to public health emergencies, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events—the workshop will be rescheduled.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
By registering for a Haven Workshop, you grant Haven Media Group, LLC permission to photograph and/or record you during the event. These images and recordings may be used for:

Attendee headshots taken at Haven Workshops are excluded from this release and will not be publicly shared without your explicit permission.
EMAIL & CONTACT INFORMATION SHARING
By registering for a Haven Workshop, you consent to Haven Media Group, LLC sharing your contact information with select workshop partners for the purpose of providing helpful, relevant information related to workshop sessions or attendee-only opportunities. This consent is provided via electronic registration and applies only to partners associated with the workshop experience.
HAVEN VENDOR GUIDE MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships to the Haven vendor guide are:
Once membership access is granted, the sale is considered complete. Membership benefits, features, and access may evolve over time to improve the experience for members.
PAYMENT PLANS

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven Media Group, LLC is not responsible for losses related to travel, accommodations, scheduling, business decisions, or personal expectations tied to your purchase.

- Any other digital, intangible, or access-based products
Once access is granted or a seat is reserved, the purchase is considered fulfilled.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In rare cases and at our sole discretion, Haven Media Group, LLC may determine that a refund or partial refund is appropriate. If a refund is approved: You acknowledge that you are requesting a refund for a product or service that has already been delivered, reserved, or made available to you.
- A processing and administrative fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the purchase price may be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Requests must be submitted in writing within five (5) calendar days of purchase.
- Any approved refund will be governed by a separate written agreement.
- Approval of one exception does not obligate us to grant future refunds.
HAVEN WORKSHOP TICKETS
Haven Workshop tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee if you are unable to attend. Haven Media Group, LLC does not facilitate ticket resale and is not responsible for securing a replacement attendee.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Scheduling conflicts
- Travel disruptions
- Personal emergencies
- Illness
Unless, in our sole discretion:
- We approve an exception, or
- We are able to fill your seat from a waitlist
EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

- Attendees will be offered alternative dates
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be eligible for a full refund

- Marketing materials
- Social media

- Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access
- No refunds will be issued for partial payments already made

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate revocation of access
- Permanent account termination
- Responsibility for any associated fees
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
