From the designer… Our design for this home embraces a modern coastal aesthetic, blending sleek, clean lines with natural textures to create a serene and inviting atmosphere. The interior color palette draws deeply from the surrounding landscape, featuring shades of tranquil blues, sandy neutrals, and deep greens.

The open-plan living spaces are thoughtfully designed to maximize the waterfront views, with expansive glass doors leading out to a spacious pool deck. Here, the blend of indoor and outdoor living is effortless. The loft space that overlooks the water from the second story features a stunning barrel ceiling that we absolutely love. High-quality materials and textures in addition to pattern throughout the furnishings accentuate the home’s coastal charm while ensuring a sophisticated, contemporary feel.

Attention to detail is paramount, with every design element—from the carefully selected paint colors to the curated furnishings—reflecting a deep appreciation for the home’s natural surroundings. This project captures the essence of coastal living, making it a tranquil retreat that harmoniously integrates with the beautiful waterfront setting.
