From the designer… For this Palm Beach Waterfront, we designed a family friendly home that is warm and inviting with a modern coastal vibe. This was the third home we designed for this busy family of six who loves to entertain and are some of the most gracious hosts!

The home is centered around the open kitchen/family room that overlooks the negative edge pool and breathtaking views of the Intracoastal. We designed with organic materials and performance fabrics to create a laid-back, tranquil space with clean lines and just enough visual rest. The homeowners really trusted in our vision and allowed us to create some truly beautiful spaces.

We love so many moments in the home but one of our favorites is definitely the powder bath. The Cayman blue marble inspired this coastal jewel box of a powder bath. We used a gorgeous wallpaper that was just enough pattern to play against the bespoke marble vanity. The cool tones of the metal inlay detail framing the herringbone floor draw the eye up to the chrome accents in both the lighting and plumbing fixtures, which are made even more unique by the touch of cayman blue marble accent in the handles.
