From Brandon Architects… This home was designed on Newport Island located near the only bridge entry to the island and next to the island’s only park—a beautiful spot! The client wanted a traditional white wood siding home with a warm beach house feel and that’s what we delivered. The home takes advantage of its site and maximizes light and exposure to the park and ocean channel. Rich wood elements and details are located throughout the home. The home also features a rooftop retreat with a yoga room, office, sauna, outdoor shower, cozy outdoor lounge deck with bar and fire pit, and spa with views to the park and ocean—our client wanted to make multi-use of the third-floor space and we absolutely achieved that!
