The team at Manor Design lovingly expanded this Nashville home from a single-story to a sprawling manor. By carrying the unique details of the original structure throughout the addition, they created a light-filled, traditional abode that is as impressive as it is cozy.

From the designer… As Manor Designs’s first flip, we were so excited to get started on this already lovely lot in Nashville, TN! When we bought Haverford Manor it was an 1,800 square foot single-story home that needed loads of TLC, and just like with every flip that we will do, we wanted to preserve as much of the home as possible. So while we added a second floor and attached two-car garage, we were able to maintain the flow of the first floor as much as possible.

We wanted the character to stand out from other builder homes in the area, but maintain Manor Designs’ traditional style. By selecting the right light fixtures and including trim and ceiling detail we feel that we accomplished that in the new bones of Haverford Manor. Now stands a 4,600 square foot home with five bedrooms, four and a half baths and a lovely covered porch where anyone would enjoy sitting by the fire on a nice evening. While Haverford Manor won’t be the last flip we do, it was certainly a lovely first in Nashville.
