Tamara Rene Designs selected every surface and finish to create a ‘wow’ moment and didn’t have to sacrifice an ounce of practicality to do it. From the designer… This project was our first new build! I believe it’s the largest house in Rossmoor and includes a 1300-square-foot basement! I started with the client as they began framing their home and stayed with them throughout the entirety of their build. We helped make every decision from big picture items like drywall texture and ceiling details down to the smallest details of hardware selection. This house was designed to be a showpiece while still being a family home. They were looking for some impressive finishes and unique design decisions that separated them from the rest!
