Led by Lulu Designs’ signature blend of natural materials and modern warmth, this extensive remodel brings a sense of calm sophistication to a family home in Roseville, California. Captured through the lens of Stephanie Russo, this home is now replete with thoughtful details, organic textures, and timeless ease.
From Lulu Designs… The design of this extensive remodel, showcasing light wood cabinetry, dramatic stone countertops, and refined brass accents, is what we call “Modern Organic Haven”. The blend of natural materials, contemporary fixtures, and warm, inviting tones, present in each space of the home we designed, took eight months to complete. Because of the new interior and exterior doors, floors, kitchens, baths, and furnishings, we touched each space and customized this new home to work for a future family of four.
The kitchen was a smaller space separated by a large wall and cabinetry lining the walls, which we blew out for an open connection to the outdoors making sure it was grand enough for parties but intimate for daily dinner.
Once an ancillary room, the bar in the library was tailored to host lively gatherings, serve as a hub for book club, or double as a guest retreat complete with a hidden Murphy bed. With abundant natural light, it’s also the perfect spot for a moment of quiet away from the main living spaces.
