From Jodi Fleming Design… Our clients, originally from Jackson Hole, wanted a true Newport Beach home—a place where their family could gather, take in the harbor views, and appreciate pieces from their private art collection. We designed the main spaces to highlight the stunning waterfront, maximizing natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. Extending the living room onto the outdoor deck enhances the home’s indoor-outdoor experience, making the most of its coastal setting. We carried the shiplap from the exterior into the interiors and introduced tongue-and-groove ceilings throughout, adding warmth and texture. A palette of soft blues, crisp whites, and gentle grays reinforces the relaxed vibes of this coastal retreat.
