Blending modern farmhouse style with an industrial edge, this Massachusetts home crafted by the team at Ashley Bongo Design, is a true reflection of its owners’ personalities, complete with thoughtful nods to their two beloved Frenchies. Layered with collected pieces, personal touches, and a curated mix of textures, the home feels both lived-in and deeply intentional. Take the full tour below, captured by James Reed, to see how it all came together and catch a glimpse of their four-legged companions along the way.

From Ashley Bongo Design… Our client’s dream of living in West Newbury became a reality through a chance encounter and a handshake deal with their soon-to-be builder and the property’s current owner. Collaborating with local architect Scott Brown Architects and builder Blue Water Builders, our clients vision of a custom home came to life.
With a passion for a variety of interior styles, we blended modern farmhouse aesthetics with rustic and industrial elements to craft a truly one-of-a-kind home. Every detail reflects our client’s personality—from carefully curated furnishings and decor to cherished family heirlooms, sought-after collectibles, and unique artwork. The result is a modern, organic home that perfectly embodies our client’s personality and lifestyle.

Our clients love for their two Frenchies can be spotted throughout; most notably being a standout piece, the coveted Goyard print, which was acquired directly from the Paris store after being told it was not for sale—an embodiment of our client’s dedication to finding the extraordinary. On shoot day, photographer Jimmy Reed of James K Reed Photography beautifully captured both pups in their new, thoughtfully curated home—a space that feels authentically theirs.
