Photographed by Likeness Studio, this Austin high-rise condo was designed to capture both the energy of the city and the serenity of its lakefront views. Urbanspace Design Studio reimagined the interiors with a refined, modern aesthetic, incorporating custom millwork, sustainable finishes, and striking stone elements. From the sculptural wood paneling in the primary suite to the statement cocktail bar, every detail was crafted to merge luxury with effortless livability.

From Likeness Studio… From the moment we had our initial call with the Urbanspace team to discuss the shoot details, we knew this project would be exceptional. With just one day to capture the condo, we made the most of every minute. Situated on one of the highest floors, the space offered an abundance of natural light throughout the day, which complemented our photography style – we love chasing the light! Several standout moments made the shoot memorable, including the stone in the bar and kitchen, the wood panels in the primary suite, and the sunset view from the living room overlooking the river and downtown Austin.

From Urbanspace Design Studio… This downtown condo renovation was reimagined to reflect the client’s lifestyle. Key updates included an expanded kitchen with custom millwork, sustainable finishes, and seamless integration with a custom pantry and wine fridge, framed by Taj Mahal stone. The adjacent cocktail bar featured stone extending across the ceiling and floating shelves with integrated lighting. A built-in booth provided a view of Lady Bird Lake, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails. The primary suite included custom elements like a nine foot wooden door with a reclaimed wood handle and floor-to-ceiling scalloped wood panels. The bathroom featured a Rimadesio sliding glass door system, balancing privacy with expansive views.
