Situated in St. Catharines, ON, this charming home is a heartfelt tribute to Old English charm and family heritage. Thorpe Concepts⁠‘ kitchen design beautifully marries timeless simplicity with personal touches, from repurposed pantry doors to vintage brass hardware, all reflecting the homeowners’ relaxed lifestyle. From the designer… Every kitchen design tells a story. This one’s all about heritage, family, simplicity and timeless character. Project Old Glenridge features calming tones and custom details that honour the heritage of this family and home.⁠ We strived to maintain the same character within the cabinetry details, from salvaging the original home’s pantry doors to specialty old brass hardware. Inspired by family, old English-style cabinetry and the heritage of home and neighbourhood, charm exists in every corner as an ode to a growing family.

Throughout the shoot, we used our team and all who would lend a hand to showcase the lived-in feel of this timeless home. Our designers son Blaze was even the perfect size for the playnook and made some of the shots!
