Alisha Taylor Interiors transformed a Gilbert, Arizona home with timeless touches, playful details, and layered warmth. Photographed by Joshua Caldwell, the spaces feel polished yet lived-in, from the two-tone kitchen to the whimsical pool house playroom, every corner tells a story of thoughtful family living and personal charm.

From Alisha Taylor Interiors… From the start, #MarinCourtRemodel was about honoring a beautiful, well-built home while giving it the soul, warmth, and layered character our clients wanted. The spaces were bright and polished, but they felt a bit too “new-build,” more like a showroom than a sanctuary. Our goal was to create quiet luxury through timeless materials, thoughtful scale, and textures that feel collected over time.
The kitchen became the heart of the transformation. We kept the gorgeous bones, including the coffered ceilings, tall cabinetry, and large island, but elevated them with richer, more personal details. Two-tone cabinetry in warm wood and moody green added depth, while a dramatic blue-grey marble slab backsplash created a clean, high-impact focal point. Reeded glass, dentil molding, and warm brass accents were introduced to soften the space and add dimension.

A consistent mix of warm brass, layered woods, unique stone, and soft neutrals ties everything together, creating a home that feels connected, intentional, and deeply personal.

One of the most charming details in the entire project is the built-in playhouse inside the pool house, a special and personal touch that makes the home feel truly tailored to the family.
