From Libarikian Interiors…This apartment is located in the heart of Soho and the tall windows and high ceilings give it a classic downtown vibes. Our client loved vintage mid-century furniture and wanted us to source one-of-a-kind pieces. For this project, my favorite part is the juxtaposition of the raw concrete and glass dining table, paired with an organic pastel-colored rug that we custom designed.
The challenge here was creating the feeling of warmth in a modern interior — we kept the walls white, and opted for shades instead of drapes — the warmth came from layering furniture styles, art and lamps for soft lighting.
