Lotta Coffey Design is an international interior design studio based in San Francisco, California. With Swedish lead-designer, Charlotte Coffey, they take on private and commercial projects, working closely together with clients, architects, and craftsmen to design spaces created with intention.
Founded in 2016, the studio specializes in full-service design, with bespoke furniture and custom solutions. Their aesthetic is deeply rooted in the clean and practical design philosophy of Scandinavia, where beauty is a function, and nothing is truly beautiful unless it works well. This includes harvesting natural light, using long-lasting natural materials, and mixing texture and color to complement the architecture and respecting the location. This results in a timeless, elegant, and warm minimalism with focus on functionality.
