From the designer… The Old Town Charm project in Tustin beautifully melds the historic charm of Old Town with the demands of modern living, creating a home that resonates with young professionals seeking a balance between tradition and functionality. From the beginning, our vision was to honor the area’s nostalgic feel while incorporating amenities that support a contemporary lifestyle.

One of the project’s challenges was transforming a clean, modern new-build into a home that felt lived-in and full of character while meeting the functional needs of contemporary living. We approached this by layering rich materials, thoughtful finishes, and timeless design details, ensuring the space felt both welcoming and enduring. The result is a residence that respects the heritage of Old Town Tustin while providing a fresh, livable environment that young professionals can feel both connected to and inspired by. This blend of old and new ultimately captures the spirit of Old Town Tustin, creating a space that honors the past while embracing the future.

Our design seamlessly integrates thoughtful nods to Tustin’s architectural history with modern features, from dedicated home office spaces to fitness areas—ideal for today’s hybrid work environment. These touches cater to a demographic of career-focused individuals who value a harmonious balance between work and personal life, enhanced by abundant natural light and ample storage for a streamlined, clutter-free experience.
