Step inside a Healdsburg, Califorina home designed as a tranquil and elegant escape. The collaborative efforts of architect, Cahill Studio and designer, Fletcher Rhodes flourished creating cozy interiors that juxtapose the sweeping backdrop of colorful skies. Eileen Roche captured the modern home, emphasizing the exquisite textures and panoramic views in the photos below.

From the photographer… For this shoot, we combined forces with the architect and interior design team. For various reasons, we needed to shoot in the dead of winter, it’s not often a problem for interior photography, but can definitely pose challenges for landscape and architectural photography. It rained on either side of our shoot times, but we were blessed with colorful, crisp skies. The rest of the day felt cozy and calm. While I love the images of the great room and kitchen, with all the light pouring in from the second story balcony, I’m particularly proud of the bathroom photos where we were able to highlight the gorgeous textures and lines, as well as the view from the tub.
