Jamie, of WYC Designs, gave this much used Winter Park pool house the major refresh it deserved. By keeping the existing footprint she was able to use high-end finishes and add some historic charm for good measure. Take a peek at how this cutie came together in the photos below!
From the designer… With this home being in Winter Park’s historic home registry it was important for us to design it so it looked like it could have been there all along. We used natural brick, handmade zellige tiles and shiplap to create that character and warmth. To keep the pool house bath within budget we didn’t rearrange the plumbing – we left it all where it was so we didn’t need to skimp on materials and finishes. My clients work and workout from their pool house but also host guests over the holidays so it’s a bathroom that is frequently used and now one everyone can enjoy.
