One peek at this Las Vegas transitional just may have you hopping in your car for a trip to the tile store. Melody Gangi and Claira Brown, of House of Four Design Studio, left no stone unturned (yes, a pun!) when it came to filling this home with touches that elevate this home’s aesthetic and demand your attention. Take a peek at the gorgeous photos by Kayla Bowen Photography to see if you are ready to pull miles of marble tile into your home too.
From the designer… Our Fairview Project turned out to be a Transitional dream home for our clients. They fell in love with a property nestled in one of Las Vegas’s established custom build neighborhoods, but it lacked the look and functionality they desired. When designing for this project, our goal was to turn the 20-year-old finishes and way of living into a perfect blend of classic and contemporary design for this young family. While we touched every room in the home, our clients had a few specific requests: a large waterfall island in the kitchen, a bar room for entertaining, and a spa-like primary bath. We think we achieved this and love the way it turned out!
