Melody Gangi and Claira Brown, of House of Four, beautifully blended existing Mediterranean architectural elements with a transitional style to create a laidback abode for an active family. Their use of soft neutrals and contrasting black creates an air of relaxation with a touch of excitement. See how this transformation came together in the tour below.
From the designer… Perched in the center of one of Las Vegas’s most beautiful golf course communities, sits our House of Palmer Project. Our clients are vibrant, well-traveled, and on-the-go with their young family, so we wanted to carve out a slice of this city that felt personal to them. This home, though bursting with potential, needed a refresh! We played off of the home’s Mediterranean architecture by carrying smooth walls throughout the interior, maintaining a timeless and natural color scheme that would lend itself to being open and airy, and adding in some whimsical lighting, furnishings, and styling to tie it all together. This home is an entertainer’s dream. It features two master suites, a bunk room, pool, and several outdoor and indoor entertaining spaces that all flow together to create this jewel box of a home!
