From the designer… We were hired by the builder who purchased this home as an investment property. He tore it down, rebuilt it and it’s currently on the market! Our desired aesthetic was a sleek, minimal, modern design with a Scandinavian inspired feel and tons of texture. You can see these moments in the tile we used for the kitchen backsplash, the fluted finish on the living room fireplace, the wood slat details throughout main level, and the limewash finish on the walls in the upstairs guest bathroom.
