From the designer… When curating this home to fit our clients every want and need I always kept the fresh modern aesthetic and the real farmhouse design at the forefront of my mind. We chose a bright neutral color pallet and natural elements to help blend the two styles seamlessly. A few of my favorite natural elements incorporated in this project were the wood tones seen throughout the home and the large island centered in the kitchen.
The island itself meant a lot to these clients. It wasn’t just a space to prep but one used to host. Whether it was friends or family the homeowners were determined to offer a seat for many. That is who these clients and now dear friends of mine are at their core. Always looking to serve others. It was a blessing to assist with designing an island large enough for each niece and nephew and a space to call home.
